It was super relaxing from start to finish, but she also did an amazing job of working out all the knots & tension I had been holding onto. She really knows exactly where to focus & how much pressure to use. Elena is incredibly knowledgeable & I found the advice she shared about the lymphatic system so interesting & useful. You can tell she’s genuinely passionate about what she does & takes the time to educate her clients too. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed & I can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend!
